Best Food Options is an online store in the health industry that provides health foods and other health related products.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Best Food Options and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Best Food Options.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two to five working days. All orders will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
- Deliveries can only be made to addresses within the borders of South Africa, Botswana and Namibia. We currently do not ship to addresses outside of these countries.
- Deliveries will take place within 7 business days of the acceptance of your order for orders within South African borders.
- A unique waybill number will be communicated to you via email which can be used to track the status of your order.
- Delivery will be during business hours so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the parcel at the address specified.
- We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines, if the delivery address is remote, or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.
- The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the parcel/carton has been received undamaged and in good condition.
- Proof of ID may be requested to verify authenticity of purchaser.
Refund Policy
The provision of goods by Best Food Options is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Best Food Options will contact you with options for replacement of the product.
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. If you have any questions concerning our return policy, please email us at info@bestfoodoptions.co.za
Return Policy (cancelled/damaged order)
An order can be cancelled if payment for the order has not been made yet by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order by the customer, the order can only be cancelled at Best Food Options’ discretion and only before the order has been dispatched by Best Food Options.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Best Food Options within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or products returned in this manner will be given store credit for future use on the website.
If you receive the incorrect product, you must contact Best Food Options via email (info@bestfoodoptions.co.za) within one working day. We will check our system and arrange to swap the ‘incorrect’ product for the one actually ordered on our account. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we are unable to assist with a credit for the product.
